Katie and Eric's engagement session was definitely a memorable one! It was so cold that morning (it was -1 degree Fahrenheit) that we could see our breath and there was steam rising off the water of the creek and pond. Everything was covered in a fresh blanket of snow and the empty tree branches were frozen solid dusted in a sheet of frost. My camera lens was fogged up, my glass were fogged up, the sun was shining (which was a blessing and a curse since it was beautiful but totally shining in my eyes), so I pretty much created most of these photos blind and I made the joke that thankfully I can make beautiful photos in any condition, even with my eyes closed! These gorgeous winter wonderland photos are proof! Congratulations to Katie and Eric on their engagement, and I can't wait to photograph their wedding this fall.
