Capturing this proposal at the Capitol in Madison was such a joy!! Adam had been planning this surprise for a few weeks and Lily had absolutely no idea and was completely surprised! Adam even invited Lily's best friend and both of their families to lurk nearby to pop out to celebrate after she said yes!
